Yury Tomilov was born in August, 30, 1987. He graduated from the Art-Graphic Department of Krasnoufimsk Teachers College (2003-2008) and the Ural State Academy of Architecture and Arts, situated in Ekaterinburg, with a degree in "Graphics and Animation".
